Mariners are advised that a report has been received of damage caused to a vessel berthed on the quayside at Port Beag Slipway, South Quay, Oban.

The location is indicated by the red circled area below:

The extent of the damage requires CMAL to close the quayside and slipway to all vessels until further notice to allow further investigation and prevent additional damage to the structure or to visiting vessels.
