Mariners are advised that weather permitting, CMAL’s contractor NG Builders will be installing an escape ladder to the Outer Lifting Dolphin on Sunday 04 February, the works are expected to be completed within one day.

A small workboat will be in attendance.

The contractor’s supervisor will liaise with the Harbour Manager and ferry Masters to ensure there is no disruption to scheduled ferry services. VHF channels 12 and 16 will also be monitored.

All vessels navigating in the vicinity of Wemyss Bay Ferry Terminal on this date are advised to maintain a look-out for the workboat, proceed with caution and regulate their speed to minimise the effects of wash accordingly.
