NTM 13/19 Colonsay Ferry Terminal Pier And Structures Dive Survey

Mariners are advised that commencing today a dive survey will be undertaken to inspect the slipway and pier structure at Colonsay Ferry Terminal, Scalasaig, Isle of Colonsay Oban Ferry Terminal.
Works will be undertaken from a dive support RIB and an A Flag will be displayed at all times when divers are in the water. The dive supervisor will maintain VHF communication with any other vessels within the vicinity as required throughout the dive period.
The work is expected to be completed within three days and will not impact on timetabled ferry services.
All vessels navigating in the vicinity of Colonsay Ferry Terminal during this period are requested to do so with caution, maintain a lookout for the dive support RIB and regulate their speed to minimise the effects of wash accordingly during the period of the survey.
