NTM 10/15 Lochboisdale Ferry Terminal Hydrographic Survey

Mariners are advised that contractors Aspect Land & Hydrographic Surveys Ltd will be conducting a hydrographic survey of the CMAL harbour area at Lochboisdale Ferry Terminal, South Uist.

The survey is planned to be undertaken from a small workboat. Weather permitting works are scheduled to commence on Tuesday 20th January and last for one day.

The survey team supervisor will monitor VHF Channel 16 and will liaise with the port manager and Masters of the CalMac ferries to ensure there is no disruption to scheduled ferry services.

All vessels navigating in the vicinity of Lochboisdale Ferry Terminal on the day indicated are advised to do so with caution and regulate their speed to minimise the effects of wash accordingly.
