Complete NTM 68/16

Mariners are advised that between 0630-0900hrs approximately on Friday 14 October 2016 water level monitoring equipment established on the outer linkspan lifting dolphin, Gourock Ferry Terminal will be subject of maintenance works by representatives from Scottish Environment Protection Agency.

SEPA will be operating from the deck of the linkspan and a small workboat in the vicinity of the rear of the outer lifting dolphin and for a short period of time there will also be a member of the team working in the water on the surface.

The SEPA supervisor will maintain a radio watch on VHF channels 12 and 16 and liaise with the Port Manager and Masters of the scheduled ferries to ensure there is no disruption to ferry services.

All vessels navigating in the vicinity of Gourock Ferry Terminal are advised to do so with caution and regulate their speed to minimise the effects of wash accordingly.
